Job Description

As an IT Support Technician in Johannesburg, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and maintaining IT systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to technical queries from staff in a professional manner.
  • Assist in managing IT projects and initiatives.
  • Evaluate new technology solutions and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT assets and equipment.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Relevant IT certifications are advantageous
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in IT support roles, preferably in a corporate environment
