Responsibilities

• Coordinate all construction activities and supervise site personnel
• Establish and enforce construction standards and procedures
• Prepare reports on construction project status, progress, and completion dates
• Monitor budgets and ensure cost-effective operations
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors as needed

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 7+ years of project management experience
