Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop innovative design solutions.

• Input designs into CAD software for detailed rendering.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Create mood boards and presentations for client approval.
• Evaluate project progress against timelines and budgets.
• Facilitate communication between clients and construction teams.
• Prepare final design documents and specifications.
• Attend design fairs and exhibitions to stay informed on trends.

Advantageous

• Proficiency in additional design software: Experience with design software like Revit or Rhino.
