Job Description

The Clinical Psychologist will be instrumental in assessing and treating patients with various mental health conditions. The role requires a compassionate professional who can deliver effective therapeutic interventions, participate in collaborative care with other mental health professionals, and engage in community outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for clients.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address patient needs.
  • Participate in community outreach programs to promote mental health awareness.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
  • Attend professional development workshops and training.
  • Provide consultations and support to other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's in Clinical Psychology
  • Registered with the HPCSA as a Clinical Psychologist
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a clinical setting
