Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will play a vital role in coordinating and directing the administrative functions within our healthcare facility. You will be tasked with implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring the highest standards of patient care and service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate administrative activities of the healthcare facility.
  • Assist in developing strategic plans for operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure data compliance.
  • Manage vendor relations and procurement of supplies.
  • Supervise billing and insurance processes to optimize revenue flows.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare administration
