Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to local healthcare regulations and policies.

• Lead staff and oversee their development and performance.
• Monitor financial expenditures and resource utilization.
• Address patient feedback and implement improvement plans.
• Conduct training for staff on operational procedures and policies.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Healthcare
• Master's degree in Healthcare Management is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years in a healthcare management role

Certifications

• Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE)
• Certification in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) is preferred
