Responsibilities

• Support the production manager in achieving daily production goals.
• Train new operators on machine operation and safety protocols.
• Assist in quality assurance measures during the production process.

• Ensure all equipment is operated according to safety standards.

Requirements

Education

• National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in metalworking or related field

Technical Skills

• Machine operation and maintenance
• Blueprint reading and interpretation

Soft Skills

• Attention to detail
• Teamwork

Certifications

• Flaring machine operation certification
• Valid driver's license

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with CNC machines: Hands-on experience operating CNC machinery.
• Knowledge of safety regulations: Understanding and adherence to workplace safety protocols.
