UX Designer

Job Description

We are on the hunt for a creative and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our Johannesburg team. As a UX Designer, you will play a vital role in shaping user experiences by designing intuitive and engaging interfaces for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with product managers and developers to deliver seamless user journeys while ensuring that our designs align with business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead user experience design projects from concept through to launch.
• Work closely with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment.
• Analyze user feedback and incorporation of insights into designs.
• Create and maintain documentation for design processes and decisions.
• Mentor junior designers and promote best practices within the team.
• Foster a user-centered design culture throughout the organization.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as UX Design, Graphic Design, or Web Design
• Additional certifications in UX design are preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of professional experience in UX design

Technical Skills

• Prototyping Tools
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Team player
• Time management

Certifications

• Certified Usability Analyst (CUA)

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous
