We are seeking a talented Architect with a passion for innovative design and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural skills and experience with various types of projects, including residential, commercial, and urban design. You will work collaboratively with a team to create and implement architectural solutions that meet client needs while adhering to safety regulations and architectural standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs, plans, and specifications.
• Collaborate with clients to determine building requirements and goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local building codes.
• Review project proposals and evaluate their feasibility.
• Handle project management responsibilities, including budgets and timelines.
• Create presentations and models for stakeholders.
• Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on best practices.
• Conduct site visits and assess project progress.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Professional certifications (e.g., RIBA) are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant architectural experience
