Job Description

We are seeking a talented Architect with a passion for innovative design and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have strong architectural skills and experience with various types of projects, including residential, commercial, and urban design. You will work collaboratively with a team to create and implement architectural solutions that meet client needs while adhering to safety regulations and architectural standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of complex architectural projects.
• Coordinate with local authorities for zoning and permits.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to execute projects effectively.
• Conduct research on sustainable design practices.
• Prepare and present architectural proposals to clients.
• Evaluate the environmental impact of projects.
• Maintain and update architectural software and technical tools.
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the design and construction process.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Professional certifications (e.g., RIBA) are a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of relevant architectural experience
