Job Description

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our Cape Town facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and experience in managing warehouse activities, inventory control, and ensuring the safety and efficiency of warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the children’s daily activities and ensure their happiness and safety.
• Create engaging lesson plans that cater to the children’s developmental stages.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding children’s needs.
• Encourage social interaction and teamwork during group activities.
• Create a nurturing environment where each child feels valued.
• Foster creativity through arts and crafts, music, and storytelling.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other childcare professionals to provide the best care.

Requirements

Education

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Childcare qualification or certification preferred

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in childcare or related field

Technical Skills

• Child Development Knowledge
• First Aid Certification

Certifications

• Childcare First Aid
• CPR Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Intermediate
