Responsibilities

• Evaluate new technology options and provide recommendations.
• Support various IT projects and initiatives as needed.
• Maintain inventory of network assets.
• Work closely with vendors to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Conduct training sessions for staff on network usage.
• Manage network documentation and update policies as necessary.
• Coordinate with external service providers for necessary upgrades and maintenance.
• Participate in the on-call rotation for after-hours support.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Networking, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• CIW Networking Professional certification is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in network maintenance and support.
