Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Durban branch to lead impactful projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project lifecycle management, with the ability to coordinate teams and ensure project goals align with business objectives. A keen understanding of stakeholder engagement and risk management is essential.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and deliverables, and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and reported accurately.
• Regularly assess project risks and issue resolution in a timely manner.
• Engage in negotiations with vendors and contractors to secure project resources.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations in all project deliverables.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings to effectively communicate project status and seek input.
• Maintain effective documentation for all phases of the project for audit purposes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Project Management
• Master's degree in Project Management or Business Administration is advantageous

Experience

• 5+ years of experience leading projects in various sectors

• Risk Management Tools
• Agile and Waterfall Methodologies

• PRINCE2 Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent
