Job Description

We are on the hunt for a talented Civil Engineer to contribute to our ambitious projects. You will be responsible for designing, inspecting, and managing construction processes, ensuring compliance with regulations. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans from initial concept through completion.
• Work with environmental engineers to ensure compliance with environmental laws.
• Assist with the preparation and submission of regulatory documents.
• Engage and communicate with stakeholders, addressing concerns related to projects.
• Review construction progress and report discrepancies with proposed timelines.
• Ensure sustainable practices are followed within engineering and construction processes.
• Support the Project Manager in various administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the construction industry

• Civil Engineering Design
• Geotechnical Analysis

Certifications

• Professional Engineer (PE) License
• ISO 9001 Quality Management Certification

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience with Civil 3D Software: Hands-on experience with Civil 3D for site design and analysis.
• Knowledge of South African Building Regulations: Familiarity with local compliance standards and regulations.
