We are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Pretoria. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in mechanical engineering principles, robotics, and CAD software. You will be involved in designing, testing, and implementing mechanical systems, ensuring they perform effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical design projects from concept to production.
• Evaluate and select materials for mechanical components based on performance requirements.
• Ensure project deliverables are met according to timelines and quality standards.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Train and mentor new engineers on best practices and company standards.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Advanced degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical engineering roles

Technical Skills

• SolidWorks
• Thermodynamics

Certifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages

• English: Fluent
