Job Description

We are on the lookout for a proactive Social Media Manager with a knack for storytelling and building connections. In this role, you'll strategize, create, and manage our social media initiatives while analyzing key metrics to ensure maximum engagement and brand visibility.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement social media marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Generate creative content ideas that drive follower growth and engagement.
  • Utilize social media monitoring tools to track mentions and trends.
  • Optimize posting schedules based on audience insights and engagement data.
  • Assist in the design and production of marketing materials for campaigns.
  • Develop partnerships with influencers and other brands to expand our reach.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth in social media.
  • Attend marketing team meetings and contribute ideas for upcoming campaigns.
  • Provide training and guidance to junior social media team members.
  • Evaluate and refine strategies based on industry changes and competitive analysis.

Requirements

Education
  • Master's degree in Marketing or related field is an advantage
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing roles
