• Plan and supervise catering functions from conception to completion.
• Ensure high standards of presentation and quality for all dishes served.
• Implement and manage health and safety protocols in the kitchen and event locations.
• Work collaboratively with event planners to create memorable experiences.
• Develop pricing proposals and contracts for catering services.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to improve future catering operations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Assist in marketing initiatives to promote catering services.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• Event Planning Expert in planning and executing catering events.
• Staff Management Skilled in leading and managing catering teams effectively.
• Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving Proficient in resolving issues and maximizing client satisfaction.
• Certified Food Safety Manager
• English (Fluent)

• Proficiency in food safety regulations: Detailed understanding of food safety laws and regulations.
• Experience with catering software: Familiarity with software for managing catering logistics and orders.
