We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Catering Manager to oversee our catering operations in Cape Town. You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing catering events, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Plan and supervise catering functions from conception to completion.
Ensure high standards of presentation and quality for all dishes served.
Implement and manage health and safety protocols in the kitchen and event locations.
Work collaboratively with event planners to create memorable experiences.
Develop pricing proposals and contracts for catering services.
Conduct post-event evaluations to improve future catering operations.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Assist in marketing initiatives to promote catering services.
Requirements
Education
Diploma in Food Services Management or equivalent

3+ years of direct experience in the catering industry
