Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team in Pietermaritzburg. The ideal candidate will have a knack for planning and organizing travel itineraries, along with a passion for exploring new destinations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide clients with detailed travel quotations based on their preferences and budget.
  • Assist clients with travel insurance options and necessary vaccinations.
  • Resolve travel-related issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Conduct client follow-ups to finalize bookings and confirm travel arrangements.
  • Develop marketing materials to enhance service offerings and attract new clients.

Requirements

Education
  • Matric with distinction or equivalent qualification
  • Degree in Tourism Management is a plus
Experience
  • 3+ years experience in travel consultancy
