Job Description

We are looking for an Account Manager to drive our sales initiatives and manage client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong sales background, ensuring clients receive the utmost support and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
  • Forge strong relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Identify client needs and work with internal teams to fulfill them.
  • Regularly update clients on new products and services.
  • Manage contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions and opportunities.
  • Participate in strategy meetings to strengthen the sales process.
  • Follow up with clients post-project to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Sales, Business Management, or related field
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in account management or sales roles

Languages
