Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate to join our team in Durban. In this role, you will oversee the progress of clinical trials, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulations. You will also engage with study participants and assist in data management and reporting, making a significant impact in the medical field while collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular monitoring visits to clinical trial sites.
  • Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
  • Review and verify that data is collected and reported accurately.
  • Provide support to investigators and site staff throughout the study.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing study reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve study efficiency.
  • Implement corrective actions when necessary to address compliance issues.
  • Contribute to the preparation of manuscripts for publication based on study findings.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Science or Nursing
  • Advanced degrees in relevant fields are advantageous
Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in managing clinical trials
