Job Description

Join us as a Bookkeeper where you will take charge of maintaining financial records for our clients. You will prepare statements, oversee reconciliation of accounts, and assist in audits. We're looking for someone who is organized, methodical, and possesses great communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Process accounts payables and receivables accurately.
  • Reconcile monthly bank statements.
  • Prepare financial statements, reports, and summaries.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets.
  • Maintain the general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Manage payroll updates and submissions.
  • Create, maintain, and monitor budgets.
  • Provide support during financial audits.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes.

Requirements

Education
  • Diploma in Accounting or equivalent qualification
Experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting

Languages
