Job Description

Are you passionate about aerospace engineering? We are looking for an Aerospace Engineer in Pretoria to lead projects from conception to delivery. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to innovate and improve aerospace systems while adhering to industry regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative designs for aerospace systems while adhering to project timelines.
  • Utilize simulation software to analyze system performance under various conditions.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs can be produced effectively.
  • Research and incorporate new technologies to enhance system capabilities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on design concepts and project status.
  • Lead troubleshooting efforts for technical issues occurring during testing phases.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
  • Prepare documentation and specifications for technical and quality assurance standards.
  • Foster a culture of safety and sustainability within engineering practices.
  • Participate in project planning and resource allocation discussions.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering or closely related field
  • Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering is an advantage
Experience
  • 4+ years of experience in aerospace engineering roles
