Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Consultant to join our team in Stellenbosch. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in environmental engineering, sustainability practices, and compliance with local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental consultancy projects and assessments.
• Assess and advise on sustainability initiatives for clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Monitor environmental regulations and ensure compliance.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Engage with community stakeholders to promote environmental initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of innovative engineering solutions.
• Assist in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Provide mentorship to junior staff within the team.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Master’s degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in environmental consultancy or engineering
