Industrial Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Industrial Engineer to enhance our project teams in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will be proficient in process optimization and capable of working closely with other engineers to drive efficiency in manufacturing and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement best practices in operations management.
• Utilize data analysis tools to optimize operational efficiency.
• Work closely with management to align operations with business goals.
• Conduct root cause analysis for production issues.
• Assist in the planning and execution of production trials.
• Support the implementation of new technologies in the production process.
• Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the facility.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in industrial engineering or similar roles

• CAD Software

Certifications

• Lean Practitioner
• Certified Manufacturing Engineer (CMfgE)

Languages

• English: Fluent
