Job Description

As a DevOps Engineer located in Bloemfontein, you will be integral to optimizing our cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines. Utilizing your knowledge in automation and cloud technologies, you will work closely with developers and system administrators to ensure seamless operations and rapid deployment cycles.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain scalable and highly available infrastructure solutions.
• Work with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud for resource management.
• Implement monitoring and alerting solutions to detect issues proactively.
• Enhance deployment processes through automation and scripting.
• Collaborate with the security team to ensure compliance and security in operations.
• Support disaster recovery planning and testing activities.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in DevOps engineering or similar role
