We are seeking a skilled Architect to join our team, focusing on cutting-edge architectural design projects. You'll be responsible for formulating concepts, developing designs, and ensuring the timely completion of projects while adhering to all relevant regulations. Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with engineers, contractors, and clients to bring technically sound and innovative ideas to fruition. Responsibilities

• Lead design projects from conception through to execution.
• Coordinate with consultants and service providers as necessary.
• Research new materials and technologies to innovate designs.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including reports and drawings.
• Facilitate communication between all project participants.
• Assess quality control onsite to ensure adherence to building plans.
• Attend training sessions and professional development workshops.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Foster a collaborative team environment to achieve project success.
• Provide support and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Masters degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in the architecture industry

• Civil Engineering Knowledge
• Project Management Software

Certifications

• Registered Architect
• Project Management Professional (PMP)

Languages
