Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics or related field
• Master's degree is preferred

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in a data-driven role

Certifications

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP)
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in A/B Testing: Knowledge of conducting A/B tests and interpreting results.
