Machine Learning Engineer

Job Description

We're on the lookout for a talented Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Port Elizabeth. In this role, you'll design, develop, and deploy innovative machine learning models that empower our clients to leverage data for smarter decision-making. You will work closely with data scientists and software engineers to create and optimize algorithms for real-world applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models using Python and R.
• Work with multi-disciplinary teams to define project scopes and requirements.
• Optimize algorithms for better efficiency and performance.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Document processes and best practices for future reference.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
• Master's degree in Data Science is a plus

Experience

• 3+ years experience in machine learning implementation
