Responsibilities

• Counsel patients about prescription drugs and their potential side effects.
• Offer medication therapy management services.
• Assist in the training of pharmacy interns and support staff.
• Document patient consultations accurately in the medical records system.
• Participate in community health initiatives and events.
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with patients and providers.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm)
• Master of Pharmacy is a plus

Experience

• 1+ years of experience in a pharmacy setting preferred

Certifications

• Registered Pharmacist License

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Afrikaans: Conversational
