Job Description

As a Healthcare Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the management of healthcare services in Durban. You will oversee operations, strategic planning, and quality assurance to ensure health facilities run efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities

  • Direct and coordinate administrative functions within the healthcare setting.
  • Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Lead initiatives for improving patient satisfaction and care quality.
  • Evaluate staffing needs and assist with recruitment and hiring.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating health programs and initiatives.
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related fields
  • Master's degree is a plus
