Requirements

Education

• Master's degree in Structural Engineering
• Chartered Engineer status is an advantage

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in structural engineering

Technical Skills

• Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
• Structural Steel Design
• Retrofitting Techniques

Soft Skills

• Leadership
• Analytical Thinking

Certifications

• Chartered Engineer (CEng)

Languages

• English: Fluent
• Zulu: Conversational

Advantageous

• Experience in seismic assessment and design: Expertise in evaluating and designing structures for seismic events.
• Proficient in BIM software usage: Experience with Building Information Modeling tools for project visualization.
