We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team in Durban. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing electrical systems and components. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations. Strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles are essential for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for electrical systems during construction.
• Create detailed engineering drawings using CAD software.
• Perform risk assessments and implement safety measures.
• Review and approve design documentation.
• Participate in design reviews and client meetings.
• Manage external partnerships with electrical suppliers.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
• Assist in the training of engineering interns and technicians.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Professional certifications in electrical engineering preferred

• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
