Job Description

Join us as a Business Analyst where you will be responsible for conducting data analyses and generating reports to assist in the financial planning process. You'll help develop business cases and ensure projects align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on business goals and objectives.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Contribute to project management activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Analyse the impact of regulatory changes on business operations.
• Create user stories and acceptance criteria for new projects.
• Evaluate existing financial systems and make recommendations for upgrades.
• Develop workflows and process maps to illustrate business processes.
• Conduct training sessions for team members on new systems and processes.
• Support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team with data insights.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.

Advantageous

• Knowledge of SAP or Oracle Financial Systems: Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle for financial management.
• Experience in stakeholder management: Demonstrated experience working with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
