Job Description

The Valve Seater Operator will be responsible for operating machinery and equipment to grind, lap, and polish valve seats to meet specifications and ensure optimal engine performance. This role is vital in our manufacturing process, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

• Setup and adjust machines for production runs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets efficiently.

Requirements

Education

• Grade 12 certificate or equivalent
• Relevant technical certification or diploma preferred

Experience

• Previous experience in manufacturing or operating similar machinery is advantageous but not essential.

Languages

• English: Fluent
