Conveyor Operators and Tenders

Job Description

We are searching for skilled Conveyor Operators and Tenders to manage the efficient operation of machinery responsible for stacking and arranging materials. The successful candidates will ensure materials are handled safely while contributing to the overall productivity of our manufacturing process.

Responsibilities

• Effectively operate forklifts and pallet jacks for stacking materials.
• Monitor equipment performance and perform adjustments.
• Conduct regular inspections on materials to ensure quality control.
• Follow all safety guidelines to ensure personal and team safety.
• Accurately complete production tracking logs and reports.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager in coordinating team efforts.
• Keep the warehouse organized and adhere to cleanliness standards.
• Help with the loading/unloading tasks during peak times.
• Provide support in troubleshooting any equipment issues.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow improvements.

Requirements

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role preferred

Technical Skills

• Forklift operation
• Stacker machinery operation

Soft Skills

• Problem-solving
• Adaptability

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Experience in a similar role: Previous experience in a position with similar responsibilities.
• Previous warehouse experience: Experience working in a warehouse environment is advantageous.
