Job Description

As the Vice President of Student Affairs, you will play a crucial role in shaping a holistic student experience. Responsibilities include developing strategic initiatives that promote student success, leading a dedicated team, and fostering relationships with students, faculty, and staff.

Responsibilities

  • Direct the strategic vision for student affairs to foster an inclusive and supportive community.
  • Oversee the administration of student services and support programs.
  • Implement initiatives that improve student retention and satisfaction.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions for student leaders.
  • Coordinate resources for mental health and wellness programs.
  • Assess and enhance student services through data-driven decision making.
  • Engage in community outreach and partnership development.
  • Represent the institution at various events and functions.
  • Ensure that student feedback is integrated into service planning and development.
  • Lead efforts to promote diversity and inclusion within the student population.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Student Affairs, or related field
  • Master's degree in Student Affairs, Higher Education Administration, or related field (advantageous)
Experience
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in student affairs or related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
