UX/UI Designer

Job Description

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be an essential part of our design team. Your focus will be on crafting engaging user journeys, conducting user research, and iterating on design based on user feedback. You will work closely with developers to ensure the final product aligns with the design vision.

Responsibilities

• Lead design workshops to gather requirements from stakeholders.
• Create user personas and journey maps to guide design decisions.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve our design processes.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• Relevant certifications or diplomas are beneficial

Experience

• 3+ years of experience in user interface and experience design

Technical Skills

• Interaction Design
• Responsive Design

Soft Skills

• Communication
• Creativity

Certifications

• UX Certification from Nielsen Norman Group
• Interaction Design Foundation Certified

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies: Experience in working within Agile teams.
• Graphic design skills: Ability to produce graphics and animations as needed.
