Hospitality Manager

Job Description

We are in search of an experienced Hospitality Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Cape Town. The successful candidate will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and will manage a team of dedicated staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the hotel team to deliver first-class service to all guests.
• Assist in creating a welcoming environment, ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard.
• Review and analyze guest feedback to enhance service quality.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and service providers.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold service excellence.
• Prepare reports on hotel performance and propose improvements.
• Stay updated with industry trends and implement best practices.
• Address guest issues effectively and maintain brand standards.
• Facilitate team meetings to discuss objectives and updates.
• Encourage innovation and creativity in service delivery.

Requirements

Education

• Degree in Hotel Management or related discipline
• Further qualifications or certifications preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in hotel or hospitality management
