Job Description

As the Hotel Manager in Cape Town, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high standards of service and efficiency. This role requires strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality to drive our business forward.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and manage all hotel events and activities.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with guests and the local community.
  • Implement strategies to maximize guest retention and loyalty.
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure a high standard of presentation.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Monitor online reviews and guest feedback to improve services and facilities.
  • Ensure sustainability practices are integrated into hotel operations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Hospitality
  • Relevant postgraduate qualification is an advantage

  • 5+ years of management experience in a hotel or similar environment
