Job Description

As a Sales Associate in Durban, you will be tasked with identifying new sales opportunities and building relationships with customers. This role demands a self-motivated individual with strong communication skills and a positive attitude towards achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential leads and follow up on referrals.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Maintain an organized database of leads and contacts.
• Assist in training and onboarding of new sales associates.
• Engage in cross-selling and upselling of products.
• Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with the team to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements

Education

• High School Diploma
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field is advantageous

Experience

• 2-3 years in a customer-facing sales position
