Job Description

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce Manager to lead our online retail strategy in Durban. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to drive sales, enhance the customer experience, and improve operational efficiency. You will manage the online store and collaborate with marketing, sales, and inventory teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities

  • Lead projects to enhance website functionality and improve user experience.
  • Create and manage online advertising campaigns to increase brand visibility.
  • Develop strategies for customer retention and loyalty programs.
  • Provide training and support to e-commerce staff to promote best practices.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
  • Report on performance metrics to senior management and make recommendations.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Marketing or Business Management is preferred
Experience
  • 5+ years of experience managing e-commerce operations
Technical Skills
  • Data Analytics Tools (Google Analytics, Tableau)
  • Digital Marketing Tools (AdWords, Facebook Ads)
