As an IT Support Technician, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include responding to IT queries, performing installations and maintenance of hardware and software, and supporting the organization’s IT functions. Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of hardware and software assets.
• Identify, schedule, and coordinate IT upgrades and maintenance.
• Assist in implementing IT policies and procedures.
• Provide timely feedback and solutions to user inquiries.
• Manage user accounts and permissions in systems.
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and installations.

Requirements

Education

• Diploma in IT Support or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science is a plus
