Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Event Coordinator who will be responsible for planning and executing various events in Gauteng. The ideal candidate should have a knack for organization, creativity, and a strong ability to communicate with clients and vendors.

Responsibilities

  • Design event layouts and coordinate with vendors for on-site needs.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage event staff and volunteers, providing clear instructions and support.
  • Analyze event success metrics and implement improvements for future events.
  • Prepare and maintain a comprehensive event calendar.
  • Assist with fundraising efforts by organizing events that align with fundraising goals.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality, or related field
  • Further certification in event planning is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years in a similar role managing events
