Responsibilities

• Develop and implement project plans and schedules.
• Draft engineering specifications and project documentation.
• Evaluate contractor bids and select appropriate vendors.
• Monitor project expenditures to ensure budget compliance.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess progress and quality.
• Collaborate with local authorities on permitting and compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Master's degree is a plus

Experience

• 5+ years in civil engineering projects

• Civil 3D
• Building Codes Knowledge
