We are on the lookout for a dedicated First-Line Supervisor of Production and Operating Workers to lead our talented team of artisans. Responsibilities

  • Lead production meetings and set project timelines.
  • Foster a positive and productive team environment.
  • Manage budget and resources effectively for each project.
  • Implement new production techniques to enhance efficiency.
  • Track and report on team performance and project outcomes.
  • Encourage creativity and innovation within the team.
  • Ensure all art objects meet high aesthetic and quality standards.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align production with demand.
  • Manage inventory of materials and supplies.
  • Facilitate training sessions for new team members.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field
Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in art object production management
