Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Healthcare Administrator to oversee daily administrative operations within our healthcare facility. You will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating patient services to enhance the overall healthcare experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of healthcare management and excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the healthcare administration team in achieving operational goals.
  • Develop and implement patient-focused services and programs.
  • Analyze administrative processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure effective handling of financial transactions and billing.
  • Assist in the development of staff training programs.
  • Coordinate meetings with medical staff and administrative teams.
  • Manage vendor relationships and service contracts.
  • Respond to inquiries from patients and families regarding services.
  • Facilitate audits and ensure quality assurance practices.
  • Maintain a positive workplace culture that promotes teamwork and communication.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
  • Master's degree in Health Services Management is a plus
