Job Description

As a Clinical Data Manager, you will develop, implement, and oversee clinical information systems and processes. You will work closely with healthcare providers to ensure these systems meet their needs and comply with all relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement clinical data management strategies and operational plans.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure the integrity and security of clinical data.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on clinical data analysis.
• Lead ongoing training sessions for clinical staff on new systems and updates.
• Engage with external auditors and stakeholders to validate compliance and data integrity.
• Serve as a liaison between clinical teams and IT departments to facilitate effective communication.
• Manage project timelines and ensure deliverables meet organizational standards.
• Conduct audits of data management practices and propose necessary changes.
• Contribute to the development of business intelligence solutions for clinical operations.
• Participate in regulatory submission processes, ensuring data compliance.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field
• Master's degree in Health Informatics or related field (preferred)

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in managing clinical information systems and projects.

Technical Skills

• Electronic Health Records (EHR)
• Business Intelligence (BI) Tools

Certifications

• HIMSS Level 1 Certification

Languages
