Responsibilities
Maintain comprehensive ledgers and all financial documentation.
Handle payroll processing and related inquiries.
Compile and record monthly financial entries promptly.
Assist in preparing annual budgets and reports.
Collect and review expenses, ensuring correct documentation is attached.
Collaborate with external auditors during auditing processes.
Engage with clients to address any billing or payment issues encountered.
Identify inefficiencies within financial processes and suggest improvements.
Prepare specific financial analysis on an as-needed basis.
Develop and implement effective bookkeeping policies and procedures.
Requirements
Education
Completed Matric Certificate
BCom or related qualification in Accounting or Bookkeeping is advantageous
Experience
3-5 years of experience in a similar role preferred
