Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Pharmacist to become part of our Johannesburg team. As a vital member of the healthcare community, you will be responsible for dispensing medicines and providing expert advice to patients, all while maintaining the highest standards of pharmaceutical care.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct health screenings and immunizations as part of patient care services.
  • Provide support in the management of chronic diseases by collaborating with healthcare providers.
  • Stay informed on medication recalls and clinical guidelines to ensure patient safety.
  • Engage with patients to foster relationships and encourage return visits to the pharmacy.
  • Adhere to ethical standards and ensure the pharmacy operates within legal and operational frameworks.

Requirements

Education
  • Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) or equivalent degree
  • Postgraduate qualification in Clinical Pharmacy is preferred
Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in a retail or community pharmacy setting
