UX Designer

Job Description

We're on the hunt for a passionate UX Designer to join our Cape Town office! In this exciting role, you'll utilize your design acumen to understand user needs, conduct tests, and refine our interfaces. By working closely with product managers and engineers, you will ensure our designs not only look great but deliver exceptional experiences and results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote design standards and guidelines.
• Work with product managers to understand project requirements.
• Liaise with stakeholders to report on progress and gather feedback.
• Support the marketing team with design assets for campaigns.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Design or Human-Computer Interaction
• Master's degree preferred

Experience

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design

Technical Skills

• Adobe XD
• HTML/CSS

Soft Skills

• Teamwork
• Problem-Solving

Languages

• English: Fluent

Advantageous

• Familiarity with front-end development: Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript would be advantageous.
• Experience using design systems: Proficiency with design systems and tools for effective workflow.
