Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and responsible individual to join our team as a Chaperon. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of individuals under your care, particularly in social settings or during travel. As a Chaperon, you must have excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to handle unexpected situations with composure.

Responsibilities

• Handle any emergencies or crisis situations responsibly and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines for all activities.
• Foster a positive atmosphere during events and outings.
• Train and mentor new staff and volunteers on best practices.

Requirements

Education

• Matric certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent
• Relevant qualification in social services or counselling is a plus

Experience

• Experience in event coordination or community engagement is an advantage.

Certifications

• First Aid and CPR Certification (preferred)
